She can feel people and she knows from what she feels whether it is safe to open up to the person she is talking to. and she like everyone else, opens up when she feels safe and doesn’t open up when she doesn’t.

i could feel the beauty of her heart from the moment i met her, and . . . because her mind is very intelligent, she answers sometimes from that beautiful mind. but, there was a moment, which think you will be able to feel where her energy shifts. i could feel it, tangibly. i love when those moments happen.

it is hard to see Allen without noticing the big smile on his face. his energy os welcoming and kind, but according to Allen, he was not always this way. In fact, he was quite the opposite. angry and rebellious, his life took and even deeper turn towards pain and despair. listening to his philosophy teacher in college, Allen had an experience that took him quite by surprise.

from the very first moment i saw Emiliana, i knew this would not be a typical conversation and true to form it did not follow the format that i have for other shows. Everything about this, from the way i met her, to setting up the conversation to the actual conversation itself, felt different; but then again most things seem to work differently for Emiliana one of 13 children, she has become a Latin Jewish activist, Author, and strategist. She is hard to categorise and place in a box.

hear the story of how this woman who went to Harvard because of the way she looks and the color of her skin, is seen by the children in her sons class as being the nanny not the mother of her boys. can you imagine????

this is just one fo the many things we spoke about, hear how diversity is not enough and what is needed now to make real change. listen as we speak about inclusion and the party where we are stuck the corner and not allowed to participate, Black Lives Matter, colorisation and woman rights.

i loved this conversation. it was intelligent, insightful and too short.

my mom told me as a kid, “danny, need judge a book by its cover.” and am i ever happy i listened to her. as is my habit, i try to know as little as possible about the people that come into my room, so when at first Jamais didn’t show up on time after confirming the day before, i was not alarmed, but as time passed and still no Jamais, i sent one more email to him and hoped he would get it. he did and he showed up and apologised for being late.

he turned out to be a brilliant man with a very strong set of beliefs and it was interesting to hear someone say much of what i believe in a way that i would never say it. you are going to have to listen in to this show to understand what i mean.

after the show ended i shared with him how well he had done and said the only thing i wish would have happened that i would have been able to get beneath your brilliant mind and touch your heart. it was then that he shared with me that he was autistic.

it is wonderful to find someone so young who has such a big and beautiful vision of how to live her life. i knew nothing about Lovely when i came into the room and what i found from my very first question is someone who has thought life though and lived it intentionally. she has a plan that is clearly working for her and a desire to share what she knows with people.

her mind is strong, her heart is big and still she was able to admit that sometimes she is not in her heart as much as she would like to be. hear our conversation on trust, on giving and receiving, on leadership and on whether or not things in the world speak to us.

in all transparency, january and i were not strangers when we came into the zoom room, we tried to not know anything about each other but there was clearly an energy that was bringing us together. instead of fighting the feeling to connect to play by the rules of the room we broke the rules and started to text. but we did not speak to each other or see each other until she entered the room for this call.

it was great because it brought us into the room with an anticipation of how would be to hear and see each other.

there were multiple times n the conversation that if you are sensitive you will notice a shift in january’s energy. it is something that has been happening in the room since the first conversation and it is simple this: the more someone feels loved and accepted, listened to and heard and acknowledge and validated, people relax and wo they are not falls aways, leaving who they are to emerge. it is beautiful to watch and it happens several times in this call.

Daniel just looks cool, and he is the type of person that from the moment you see him you like him. i sure did. there is light in his eyes anti is the light of having gone through his share of stuff.

the conversation started out fast and we were engaged in deep concepts in no time at all. the questions that i normally ask, i didn’t ask here. i could tell from early on that he was experienced at leading the conversation and so we jumped in quickly. when you listen to the conversation, you will see and hears me beautiful shifts in both of us.

spoke more than i usually do, but it felt to me like every word was perfectly placed, so what the thought came to me to go to the questions, they seemed artificial and trite, so we just carried n in what we were guided t speak. i could try to describe it to you or you could just jump n and experience the conversation for yourself.

i highly recommend for you to listen to this conversation. it is real, but even more than that, the conversation questions what both of us believe and watching how Daniel handles this is beautiful to watch.
