this episode is packed with gems. Todd works with a friend of mine, Jennifer Haack. she is another one of my conversations and because he commented that he liked her show, i invited him to be on 50 Conversations too. and he accepted.

his thought he was coming on to talk about educating with a purpose with dyslexia and we did touch on that, but in the green room i asked if we could talk less about what he does and more about who he is. the conversation that follows is a testament of Todd’s ability to shift on a dime and take the conversation to another level.
